  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the sugar, mixing until combined.
  6. Add the heavy cream, orange juice, and orange zest; mix until smooth.
  7. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until just combined.
  8. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.
  9. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  10. Remove from oven and let cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
