- 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press mixture into the bottom of a greased cake pan.
- In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, and salt until the mixture is smooth.
- Gradually add the milk to the batter, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the batter over the crust in the cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before serving.
