  • 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press mixture into the bottom of a greased cake pan.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, and salt until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Gradually add the milk to the batter, mixing until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter over the crust in the cake pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add whipped cream or more Oreo cookies on top as a garnish.
  • This cake can be served warm or chilled.
