Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna

  • 12 lasagna noodles lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and garlic until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, cooked bacon, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, mozzarella, and marinara. Repeat the layers, ending with noodles and marinara on top.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the final layer.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding sautéed vegetables.
  • Let the lasagna cool completely before storing.
