- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and garlic until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, cooked bacon, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, mozzarella, and marinara. Repeat the layers, ending with noodles and marinara on top.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the final layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
