- 2 cups cubed bread
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
- Add the cubed bread and raisins (if using) to the mixture, stirring until the bread is well coated.
