  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch square baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, mix the sugars and oil until combined. Add eggs, pumpkin puree, and vanilla, then mix well.
