  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin pan with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fill muffin liners about 2/3 full with the batter.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
