Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Mix in the pumpkin puree and eggs until well blended.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.

  6. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
