- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, cranberry sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve with additional cranberry sauce if desired.
Notes
