Quick Christmas Cranberry Meatballs

Delicious and easy-to-make holiday appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, cranberry sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Serve with additional cranberry sauce if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
  • You can prepare the meatballs ahead of time and refrigerate them before baking.
