  • 8 ounces rattlesnake pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rattlesnake pasta according to the package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic and bell peppers until tender.
  4. Add chicken ham to the skillet and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, cayenne pepper, paprika, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and crumbled turkey bacon, tossing to combine.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with additional spices if desired.
