Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 15×10 inch jelly roll pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, and cocoa powder.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, eggs, red food coloring, and vanilla extract.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
