  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
  3. Mix in the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and red food coloring until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and egg until creamy.
  5. Spread half of the brownie batter in a greased pan.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture on top and swirl.
  7. Pour the remaining brownie batter over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chocolate chips to the brownie batter.
  • Let the brownies cool completely for better slicing.
