  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla and eggs, mixing until combined.
  5. Stir in sour cream until smooth.
  6. Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Let cool and then refrigerate.
  8. Top with blueberries, strawberries, and whipped cream before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
  • You can use a springform pan for easier removal.
