- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups sliced apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined, then press into a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
