  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups sliced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined, then press into a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla. Beat in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, then layer with sliced apples and drizzle with caramel sauce. Pour the remaining cheesecake mixture on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until set.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool, then chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  7. Before serving, drizzle with additional caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt.
