Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, and salt until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cheddar cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
  4. Melt butter in a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour the batter into the skillet and transfer it to the oven.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
