  • 6 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the sweet potatoes thinly and layer half of them in a greased baking dish.
  3. Crisp the turkey bacon in a skillet, then chop and sprinkle half over the sweet potatoes.
  4. Mix the heavy cream with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour half over the potatoes.
