- 1 pound chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and coat well.
- Spread chicken on a sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Warm pita breads in the oven for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Prepare the tzatziki by mixing diced cucumber, yogurt, feta, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl.
