  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup herby ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes.
  5. While chicken is roasting, prepare the pitas by cutting them open and adding lettuce and tomatoes.
  6. Once cooked, slice the chicken and fill the pitas with chicken and drizzle with herby ranch dressing.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
