  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add seafood stock, heavy cream, and seasonings; whisk until smooth.
  4. Fold in shrimp, lobster, and mixed vegetables. Cook until heated through.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of biscuit dough over the seafood mixture.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
