- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add seafood stock, heavy cream, and seasonings; whisk until smooth.
- Fold in shrimp, lobster, and mixed vegetables. Cook until heated through.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
