- 3 pounds beef roast
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cranberry juice, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
- Season the beef roast with salt and pepper, then sear it in a hot pan until browned on all sides.
