  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
  5. Fold in marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  6. Divide the batter into the cupcake liners and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before decorating.
