- 2 cups water
- 1 pound salmon, cooked and flaked
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook according to package instructions with water.
- In a bowl, combine flaked salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce.
