Spicy Salmon Sushi Bake Recipe

  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pound salmon, cooked and flaked
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook according to package instructions with water.
  3. In a bowl, combine flaked salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce.
  4. Once the rice is cooked, spread it evenly in a baking dish.
  5. Top the rice with the salmon mixture.
  6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

  • Adjust the level of spiciness by varying the amount of sriracha.
