  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in spinach and cooked pasta, mixing well.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and mix until heated through.
  7. Add chopped turkey bacon, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
