  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chopped spinach, ricotta, feta, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut them into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the pastry over and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Place the puffs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
