  • 8 ounces fettuccine
  • 1 pound steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the steak with salt and pepper and sear in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Remove and let rest.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth.
  7. Slice the steak and add it to the sauce. Mix to combine.
  8. Drain the pasta, then toss it with the sauce.
