  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup grated coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter.
  5. Sprinkle the sliced strawberries, walnuts, and coconut over the top.
