  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 sheets nori (seaweed)

Instructions

  1. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until water runs clear.
  2. In a saucepan, combine rice, milk, and sugar; bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer until rice is tender, about 20 minutes.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and let cool.
  5. Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat.
  6. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori.
  7. Add whipped cream and sliced strawberries in a line on top of the rice.
  8. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the strawberries.
  9. Roll tightly using the mat; seal the edge of the nori with a little water.
  10. Slice into pieces and serve!
