Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Gently fold in the strawberries.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
