- 1 pork tenderloin
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices chicken ham
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Using a sharp knife, carefully slice the pork tenderloin lengthwise, creating a pocket.
- In a bowl, mix the spinach, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
- Stuff the mixture into the pork tenderloin pocket.
- Season the outside of the tenderloin with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the tenderloin on all sides until browned.
- Transfer the tenderloin to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
