  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Using a sharp knife, carefully slice the pork tenderloin lengthwise, creating a pocket.
  3. In a bowl, mix the spinach, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
  4. Stuff the mixture into the pork tenderloin pocket.
  5. Season the outside of the tenderloin with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the tenderloin on all sides until browned.
  7. Transfer the tenderloin to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the pork tenderloin overnight.
