  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cranberries, heavy cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, butter, and salt.
  4. Layer the sweet potatoes in a baking dish, alternating with the cranberry mixture.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
