Taco Lasagna: Easy and Indulgent Comfort Food for Busy Nights

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 9 sheets lasagna noodles
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup sour cream
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, then stir in taco seasoning.
- In a baking dish, layer 3 lasagna noodles, half the beef mixture, a layer of black beans, half the salsa, and a layer of cheese. Repeat the layers and top with remaining noodles and cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve with sour cream.
Notes
- Great for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to add additional vegetables like bell peppers or onions.
