- 8 small flour tortillas
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
