- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream the butter and granulated sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
