Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Thai peanut sauce
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 4 large tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken and Thai peanut sauce.
  2. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture on each.
  3. Add carrots, bell peppers, and cilantro on top of the chicken.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortillas in and roll tightly.
  5. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes
