  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 10-12 minutes. Allow them to cool before peeling.
  2. Cut the eggs in half and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
  3. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, crumbled turkey bacon, chives, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  5. Garnish with additional chives if desired and serve.
