Thanksgiving Leftover Turkey Cranberry Sliders

A delicious way to use up Thanksgiving leftovers, these Turkey Cranberry Sliders are easy to make and irresistible.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded leftover turkey
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded turkey with cranberry sauce.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the turkey mixture over the buns.
  5. Layer Swiss cheese over the turkey mixture.
  6. Spread the top halves of the buns with Dijon mustard and place them on top.
  7. Brush tops with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and onion powder.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and sliders are golden brown.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider adding fresh herbs such as parsley or thyme.
  • Sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
