  • 2 pounds chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and parsley.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the mixture and ensure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill the kebabs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
