- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of each liner.
- In a mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar and mix until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Mix in vanilla bean paste.
