Vanilla Pumpkin Marshmallow Coffee Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, and water. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well and bring to a gentle boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in mini marshmallows until melted.
  5. Allow to cool and transfer to a bottle.
