  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine maple syrup, melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Press the mixture into a tart pan evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  7. Prepare the filling by melting dark chocolate and pour it into the cooled crust.
  8. Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • This tart is vegan and can be nut-free by substituting with sunflower seed flour.
