  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and vegan butter until crumbly.
  3. Add almond milk and vanilla extract, mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into squares.
  5. In another bowl, mix vegan cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  6. Place cream cheese mixture and sliced strawberries in the center of each square.
  7. Fold corners of the dough to the center and pinch to seal.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
