- 1/2 cup vegan butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and vegan butter until crumbly.
- Add almond milk and vanilla extract, mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough and cut into squares.
- In another bowl, mix vegan cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Place cream cheese mixture and sliced strawberries in the center of each square.
